If we accept your job during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) and confirm a 24-hour booking, and we don’t have a tradie on your doorstep inside that window, your call-out fee is automatically removed from the invoice. After-hours, weekend, and complex jobs (e.g. permits required) are quoted separately and don’t fall under the 24h promise.

For 90% of common jobs we’ve already done the job 100 times. A photo, a suburb, and a sentence is enough for a tradie to give a fixed price. For unusual jobs we’ll book a free 15-minute video walk-through and quote on the call.

That’s our problem, not yours. We honour the fixed price. The only exception is if you’ve asked us to change scope mid-job — then we re-quote in writing before continuing.

Yes. All trades work under our supervised licence (NSW Builders Lic. # to be displayed here). We carry $20M public liability and $5M professional indemnity. Certificates of currency available on request.

Monthly. Cancel any time. No exit fee. If you cancel mid-month, you keep coverage until the next billing date.

Yes for Care+ members (no surcharge). Yes for non-members (subject to a weekend call-out fee disclosed in the WhatsApp quote).
